Being an eclectic conessieur of music, I own a compilation of Pat Benatar's hits that was released nearly two years ago on Capitol records. On the liner notes, Joan Jett ('I Love Rock 'n Roll') mentions Pat Benatar as being influential in her own career. Were it not for Pat Benatar or Joan Jett for that matter, there wouldn't be a Liz Phair, Alanis Morrisette, or Joan Osbourne.

Yeah I have a 4 disc collection of her's...I love Pat and Neil and they do some USO work at times as well. Good people.
