AMERICA - The Right Way!! (WEEKEND EDITION: Days 2238 and 2239) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | March 10, 2007 | All of Us

Posted on 03/10/2007 7:09:59 AM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!

Good morning!!

We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!

[ADOBE PDF READER REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING LINK]

Appellants contest the district court’s dismissal of their complaint alleging that the District of Columbia’s gun control laws violate their Second Amendment rights. The court held that the Second Amendment (“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”) does not bestow any rights on individuals except, perhaps, when an individual serves in an organized militia such as today’s National Guard. We reverse.

Thus rules the United States Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Yikes; that sounds painful, Toby. Did you go to the casino this afternoon?

I'm just back from reading on the veranda and ironing Mr. P's shirt. He polished both of his shoes :-)

Consider the source. The most overturned Circuit Court in the USA.

BTW........................

"And then, at the last couple of seconds, just as St. Peter is handing you your receipt and the welcome packet and the card-key to your mansion..... the evil computer slows down the treadmill, and makes you regret going back to life on earth, since you were so blasted close, anyway. "

You weren't kiddin'.

Hey Lysie!

I knew that would get someone's attention!

Am in the middle of preparing our Irish celebration dinner for tonight. The table is set with an ivory linen, china, silver, and a shamrock centerpiece.

Soon I'll be putting on the corned beef, and getting the red potatoes, carrots, and cabbage ready. I just finished getting the last loaf of Irish Soda Bread in the oven. (@ loaves for this gathering.

We will serve a white wine, light cream cheesecake, with a raspberry topping, Irish coffees.

Will other people be there other than your immediate loved ones? That's an excellent meal.

Theramin a musical instrument? You can't fool me -- everybody knows that Theramin is like another name for Vitamin B...or something...

Hooray for Hazel, she put me down
Hooray for Hazel, she made me her clown
Hooray for Hazel, she's up to her tricks
Hooray for Hazel, she's gettin' her kicks

Hazel's been in love with many a guy
She tells them that she loves 'em and then says goodbye
Hooray for Hazel, I'm now on her list
I'm just another fool that couldn't resist
(repeat chorus)

Hazel never feels any pity or shame
A broken heart is just a part of her evil game
Hooray for Hazel, she did it again
I'll join the ranks of broken hearts that she put me in
(repeat chorus)

Hazel only does things she wants to do
She's selfish and spoiled and she knows that she's cute
Hooray for Hazel, she still gets her way
But there's a time a-comin' we'll be able to say

Hooray for Hazel, there's tears in her eyes
Hooray for Hazel, she know how to cry
Hooray for Hazel, she's meek as a dove
Hooray for Hazel, she's beggin' for love
Hooray for Hazel, there's tears in her eyes
Hooray for Hazel, she know how to cry

I am into reading JERUSALEM COUNTDOWN by John Hagee, if you get the chance, read it, it tells the story of Muslims and wars.....A very good read.

Hi: I was playing around with screen savers and somehow, ended up with JUNGLE and instead of an hour glass and a pointer, I have a swinging monkey and a snake! I have changed the screen saver to several other ones and, I have shut my computer down, but the dang monkey and snake are still there! How can I get rid of them? Thanks, B
