AMERICA - The Right Way!! (WEEKEND EDITION: Days 2238 and 2239) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | March 10, 2007 | All of Us

As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!

Good morning!!

We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!

Appellants contest the district court’s dismissal of their complaint alleging that the District of Columbia’s gun control laws violate their Second Amendment rights. The court held that the Second Amendment (“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”) does not bestow any rights on individuals except, perhaps, when an individual serves in an organized militia such as today’s National Guard. We reverse.

Thus rules the United States Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Good morning!

It's a beautiful sunrise here. You should have some wonderful temps today lyeie...

Carolina, did you see my note yesterday about the school history competition I attended yesterday? I meant to ping you as a former teacher...

The young man won his area's competition!! Now he proceeds to Columbus. And in the meantime, I have done a little more research, and can pass that on to him. He and his teacher said that his work can be tweaked a little if I have any more material for him for the next level.

His teacher was so hopeful and proud yesterday. Today...

Last week I had 2-3 conversations with people about this change...

Them: Oh I can't wait! It'll be lighter when I wake up on Sunday.

Me: Lighter? Are you talking about your usual time?

Them: yes, and I'm glad it'll be lighter!

Me (the first time): I don't think it will be...

Me (by the 3rd conversation): You sure 'bout that??

LOL! It's all soooo confusing....

Good morning! My cats woke me this morning, as usual. They pay no attention to clock settings.

We are going to the 10:30 Mass for First Scrutiny this morning, which is putting me a bit off. Usually we attend either Saturday evening mass or early Sunday. Between Mass at an unusual time and the clock thing, I have my internal clocok all out of whack.

Sorry, should have put you in my post, too.

We are supposed to have pretty nice weather today, and if the forrecast is right, I will be outside all afternoon.

What are these people thinking?

If we get up earlier, how could it possibly be lighter?

The sun doesn't know what time it is! ; )

Will you please keep the banter down....I just was forced awake by a pet who shall remain nameless who wanted to go outside....god its bright out there. Now that unnamed pet is asleep again taking a nap....and I'm wide awake.

Dark is the word, although there is light on the horizon.
