Well that blows my theory right "outta the water".

So then how do we know the exact precise time HKS arrived at the marina?

The only thing I can figure is that the yacht broker had a appointment to meet Howard and that is how he remembered.

He also could have been on the phone with HK$ prior to his arrival to give directions to the boat slip.

Whoever he met at the dock (the owner of the Marina??) was the person who talked to the reporter. From the times, it was a 1:00 appointment. I'm sure Howard knew exactly where the dock was because it was docked in a particular slip and you pay for that. Howard was probably there earlier in the week to see where it was going to be. The time element is sooooo important in all this, that it had to be more or less a calculated travel time. Besides, it's not like he hasn't been to Florida or at the Hard Rock before. For all we know, the slip is owned by Trimspa.
