Just curious...but why would HKS need to provide DNA? Since DNA is widely accepted as indisputable evidence, wouldn't the courts automatically consider LB the biological father? I understand that LB would still have to petition the courts to get custody of DL from HKS, but it doesn't seem like they would need DNA from HKS to make that decision.....HOWEVER, I am in NO way opposed to HKS proffering his DNA, and in fact, I think he should.
Sometimes records are sealed. His parents have been absolutely silent (I believe) and I think they have some power.
HKS has been swearing all over everywhere that he is the father. They're going for fraud.
