A judge ordered DNA testing to find out Dannielynn’s father.
A DNA test was ordered at a closed hearing on Tuesday to determine the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn.
Virgie Arthur, the late Playboy model’s mother, confirmed that the paternity test was ordered to ABC News. She declined comment on any further proceedings.
“I feel great,” said Larry Birkhead, a potential father of Dannielynn, “It’s been a good day in court for me.”
But Howard K. Stern can challenge the order, delaying the proceedings by another month. It has been reported that Smith and Stern vehemently refused DNA testing in the past. If Stern submits, results could be in by the of the week.
This is just one piece of the Anna Nicole’s death legal battles. Arthur is fighting to have custody of Dannielynn, saying that Stern is an unfit father. Investigations are ongoing to find out the cause of death of Smith amid rumors that she was murdered, which have been denied. The cause of her son’s death will be investigated next week.

Excellent news!! I so hope Harvey is right about Stern having to give his DNA too. Wonder if it will come back as Non-Human - No Heart - Blood supply is ice - and etc. ;)
