Brrrr! I was down to my 8th grade weight, due to constant vomiting for the last several years. Unfounded visits from social workers can do that to you. I'm on a low protein diet now, I really wish they'd give you a cheat sheet on suggested menus. Lots of B vitamins, thyroid meds, and store brand Ensure are helping. Now to get rid of the bowling ball in my tummy, and the swollen legs and ankles. Stress never ends around here. If it isn't my ex, it's my bf's ex.
My last appointment, I gained back 5lbs, and did a happy dance. I've been on some sort of calorie restrictive diet since I was ten. That was the most bizarre thing I've ever experienced...being happy gaining weight.
If you find yourself losing weight again, try Kroger's Fortify nutritional drink. The chocolate flavor is the best, imo.
