I think HK$ came into the picture around 2002. Can anyone verify this? I could be wrong. It could have been a lot sooner.
No, Anna was brought to Howard's parents house in 1998. IIRC, he met her during the Marshall case, disbanded from his Lawyer partnership and totally took over her case.

I recall hearing that HKS had been in Anna's life for the past 12 yrs. Around the start of the legal wrangling over J. Howard's estate. Maybe someone here can shed some light on the date.
