KE kept a real low profile in all this and no one realized that she was passing out these lethal meds...Kapoor became the one who was exploited. Always said that Howard passed out the Kapoor video...i.e., it wasn't a stolen video.

What she was concerned with was that the list was "supposedly" stolen.

I am friends with an investigator for the State Licensing Board. He says he has the authority to go into any pharmacy, any time and and ask to see their records. I think that's what they did...they just had to do some tracking to do it. So, maybe she can say that list was stolen, implying that it can't be used for evidence, BUT, she's required by law to keep extensive records.
