You and I know, from having children and grandchildren, when a familiar, loving face approaches a child Dannielynn's age, and we talk and smile, the child gets excited....maybe kicks her feet but definitely smiles back....
I saw, on ET or similar program about two weeks ago, a video of Howard talking and smiling at the baby with someone else holding her. That baby was looking directly at him and never smiled. She almost had a puzzled look on her face.
I thought it was very unusual, and that it denoted that he must not have much contact with her. If you noticed, when Anna did that, the baby always smiled.
It might be that IF her 2001 will is thrown out....and I don't think it's that hard, it COULD be replaced by her previous will OR the laws governing dying without a will.
Sure would be a kicker if there is one and Anna during the years that her mind was "not impaired", and Virgie was the beneficiary because Anna knew she'd take care of Daniel.
So, disavowing old wills doesn't necessarily mean it will happen.
Just a reminder. The Supreme Court decision was May 1, 2006. The Marshall that she was battling for the estate died June 20, 2006...of an agressive infection. His wife will battle Howard. Can he do that from jail??

That is so very sad...children and animals can usually sense when a person is not friendly. I didn't see the video you mentioned, but I do remember that someone involved in this mess (it was either a friend or relative of ANS) stated that HKS didn't even LIKE kids! I can't remember who said it, but it seems like it might have been her brother (if she has one). He was pointing out that HKS's only interest in DL was monetary.
