Her accounts should be technically frozen. Selling a 10 carat diamond back to a jeweler is pretty easy....And, technically, the ring IS HIS via the ceremony because it would be considered an engagement ring. Then there are accounts that survivor gets all. His contracts with ET were probably written up that way.
