Imho ANS & her handler, HKS set about their scheming ways to get their hands on anothers millions.

I can't argue with anything you've written! LB made it clear he wanted to be a part of his baby's life, and if ANS and HKS deliberately plotted to keep him away from his baby; well, I think HKS and ANS, had she lived, should be charged with kidnapping. Had he denied paternity it would be a different story, but now there is no reason that I know of why HKS can't be prosecuted for kidnapping. He has a lot to answer for, and I wish someone would tell Lilly Ann Sanchez, Kathy Barth, and Ron Rale they are defending the indefensible. I don't think attorneys should be allowed to present dishonest characterizations of people as Sanchez has done. She's painted HKS to be suffering...he's suffering that his meal ticket is no longer available. I have a feeling he didn't intend for ANS to live too much longer, but I don't think he had everything in place yet. I'm not suggesting he would have murdered her, but I think she would have been allowed to overdose or 'accidentally' fall off the "Cracker".
