I wonder how much communication there was between Howard and Bahama Lawyers, with whom and when it started. My guess would be that the first thing was in regard to setting up a Corporation.

After Howard found out that Anna was pregnant, I'll bet a Bahama Lawyer contacted Howard and said: "Attached are the laws regarding Residency in the Bahamas. Time is short, but I think we can make it work. We'll discuss the paternity possibilities when you get here."
