If they don't recognize DNA testing, then no telling how many people are unknowingly dating or marrying their blood relatives...tsk, tsk.

I think they do recognize DNA testing, but they only allow for blood DNA testing and it has to be agreed to by the party being tested because they consider blood DNA testing some kind of battery or invasion of something or other. That's why they weren't sure if it would be allowed in Dannielynn's case cuz they said it would be hurting her and she couldn't agree to it do to the fact that she can't talk (altho she does have a mouthpiece who can talk for her). But the thought was that if LB asked for a cheek swab DNA test it might be allowed. We'll find out today i guess which method will be used. They're bringing in an American DNA expert so i'm assuming the cheek swab was allowed.

I am aware that my late husband's son E. Pierce Marshall has died. The media has been contacting my attorneys in an attempt to get my reaction. Out of respect for his family's request for privacy, neither my attorneys nor I will be making any comments.

Why is it everytime Anna makes a written "statement" of any kind (wills, etc) it has the word "attorney" or "lawyer" all over it???

I really didn't follow her career and I am not certain whether anyone 'really' knows how the winners are determined since there is so much controversy over it, but, of the inductees chosen, I think I'd have preferred to see the Dave Clark 5 inducted.

I guess I'm thinking that since Howard directed everything...he took KE to the airport. She left the lethal drugs he needed in his car. He put her on a plane to Ca and got her "outa Dodge" as they say.

Then he waited a little while for Daniel's flight to come in and took Daniel to the hospital, leaving the drugs in the car.

After taking the photos of a Happy Daniel, Anna and Baby, HOWARD got hungry and asked if anyone else wanted anything. He didn't exactly bring back a gourmet meal. Hospitals have vending machines all over the place and it was late at night. There was really no reason for him to go out except to get to his car.

When he came back, he brought the lethal drugs with him.

Most hospitals now have video cameras in their parking lots and there is likely a video at the food place. I think they may be useful to LE. Howard's very controlled in his actions. The tapes might show otherwise.

Don't worry about TMI. I was as flat as an ironing board until I became pregnant with my first baby. Went up to a C. Now, and this is wierd, I lost weight everywhere, and now my bras are too big. Everywhere except my stomach and ankles which are swollen beyond belief. Nope, I'm not pregnant.

I don't think there are any compelling reasons for me to get plastic surgery at this point in my life. I hate pain!!!

Poor old Perper. He was damned if he did and damned if he didn't say anything substantial. If he had refused to be interviewed BANG - and when he WAS interviewed he had to be very, very careful.

Have no idea how old he is, but certainly he has seen his share of fakes and phonys, will have to put our faith in his life experience and intelligence. No shortage there.
