If they don't recognize DNA testing, then no telling how many people are unknowingly dating or marrying their blood relatives...tsk, tsk.

I think they do recognize DNA testing, but they only allow for blood DNA testing and it has to be agreed to by the party being tested because they consider blood DNA testing some kind of battery or invasion of something or other. That's why they weren't sure if it would be allowed in Dannielynn's case cuz they said it would be hurting her and she couldn't agree to it do to the fact that she can't talk (altho she does have a mouthpiece who can talk for her). But the thought was that if LB asked for a cheek swab DNA test it might be allowed. We'll find out today i guess which method will be used. They're bringing in an American DNA expert so i'm assuming the cheek swab was allowed.

I'm going to be out of State and without a computer from Thursday AM till Monday PM.

And I'm going to miss all the celebrating on this thread when the DNA Tests come back!...Woe is me..boo-hoo...sniff, sniff.
