Maybe HKS had stashed Anna's money in Cuba. How long would it take to get from Fort Lauderdale to Cuba by this type of yacht? Would it be a short enough time that he couldn't be caught?
I think Perper was watching this court thing because he wanted to know who gave Anna all the sh** in her system because it was matching up with Daniel's.
From what I'm reading, KE WAS the first person that Howard called. It's sounds like it was almost too soon...because KE said "Maybe they can save her" and she called the Hard Rock only to hear: "It doesn't look good".
So, why wouldn't she just wait for a call from Howard??
I wonder if there is a call to/from KE when he was on his way to the dock because as far as I can see, this was a "scheduled" death.
It appears that Howard said that Anna had the 105 temp THE DAY BEFORE SHE DIED and that appears to be VERY early in the media. So, is that one of the discrepancies that Perper was looking at?
Also, I keep suggesting a nasal dispenser or a mask type used by asthmatics. That goes right to your lungs and directly to the bloodstream. "Quick Fix" medicine!! Maybe that caused the blotches on her face and ALSO why her mouth was open.
Howard's "I'm not a doctor" didn't go over well with Seidlin and now that we know KE is also an enabler, it goes to a conspiracy. I believe that KE had her arms crossed at her last interview.
We need to know WHEN KE left Anna after having the baby. Serial Killers are consistent and I doubt we could easily find two "related" deaths more consistent than these two.
It may all be circumstantial but as a juror,given that BOTH KE and Howard were enablers, it would be hard to convince me that they were accidental.
Good thinking on Virgie's part. Hope Donald Trump is picking up the tab for room, board, meals etc.. I think he's like that and it would fluster Howard becuae I think he thought she wouldn't REALLY be a problem....Being a country bumpkin and all....and of course, the video.
If Perper had found an IV site - it's possible for an IV injection to cause death if not administered properly.
Air bubble embolism - if air is injected into a vein.
Of course a medically savvy person would know this and would never do it on purpose??????

Howard's right...He's not a doctor but there's no doubt that he did need a Doctor as part of this plot. KE is up to this to her eyeballs. Friend?? How awful. I hope her state is looking at her real good.
Because Howard had to be very carefully about what phone calls he made during that time period.

From everything we have learned to date - the people who were not fooled by HK$ had good ol' common sense - not so much with the "book learnin'.
Let's review the so-called physicians, lawyers and artistes who flocked and fooled around in that cesspool that was Anna's life.
Then review the down-to-earth folks who tried to help Anna - cop(mom), bodyguard(s), Kentucky boy, and other good ol' boys.
KE is a psychiatrist. I wonder if she ever did "regression therapy" with Anna. And led her to the conclusion that her mother was complicit with any abuse that may have been going on.

Probably. I wouldn't put it passed her. But their was one friend who was interviewed by someone, she was by phone, so her face wasn't shown, but they asked her if any of Anna's accusations were true and she said "whatever was disclosed to me privately by Anna i won't divulge, let's just say that there is something about Anna's step-father and mother, step-father". (i'm paraphrasing, BUT that last part where she said step-father but left out the mother part i remember distinctly. It was kind of a signal that the mother wasn't really the culprit. She was involved in some way but it appeared as tho this friend didn't hold Virgie responsible)
Saw the PI on Greta last night. He WAS very sincere.
I'm thinking that Howard and Danny had one heck of a verbal fight from the airport to the hospital.
Danny probably confronted Howard, asking him "why" he constantly hung up on him and wouldn't let him speak to his Mother, and God knows what else..Danny said he was going to tell Anna. But then, Howard begged him not to upset his Mother in the hospital, since she was fragile and overjoyed with the birth of her new baby.
Howard knew his world was closing in on him, and had to do away with Danny before he got to his Mother.
I didn't want to believe Howard would have killed Danny, until I heard the PI. Red Flags everywhere.
They need to keep a watchful eye on the baby. Howard is insane.

That's a VERY good point. They pulled this crap on my brother and also gave him meds that whacked him out. One day I talked to him and asked if he was taking his meds. He said no...And I said I didn't think so because he sounded like himself...the brother I knew for 40 years!!
September 18, 2006 -- A top pathologist hired by Anna Nicole Smith to do an autopsy on her 20-year-old son contradicted Bahamian authorities yesterday, saying Daniel Smith's mysterious death does not appear to be "suspicious."
Wecht cautioned that learning the cause of Daniel's death could take some time. He said he is waiting to receive the young man's medical records from Anna Nicole Smith's lawyers, and also said it could take two weeks to four months for toxicological tests to be complete.
Contradicting Bahamian authorities who find the death suspicious? Waiting for medical records from lawyers? WTF?
