Per Fox News: “LOS ANGELES — The Medical Board of California acknowledged Thursday that it is investigating a Los Angeles doctor who, according to documents, authorized all 11 prescription medications found in Anna Nicole Smith’s hotel room the day the starlet died of a drug overdose.
Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, a Los Angeles psychiatrist and friend of the former Playboy Playmate, is under investigation, board spokeswoman Candis Cohen said.
Cohen declined to provide other details.
On Wednesday, Cohen would not comment on a possible investigation, saying such information was not public record.
Repeated calls to Eroshevich Wednesday and Thursday were not returned.”

Thanks for that info. I do hope and pray that baby is indeed totally healthy. She certainly is a beautiful little child! But only time will tell. She needs to be with people are not used to treating “needs” with medications....whoever that may be.

Pat said not only the State license board is looking into this, but the DEA and there is a chance if the State finds wrong-doing they will ask the DA to file charges against her... Said the pharmacist at Key Pharmacy was so concerned about the drugs KE was prescribing that he called UCLA to inquire into this and was told this person needed to go to hospital right away... said she is working on the pharmacist, a chance he may come forward on national TV.

So, the intention is for Wood to sue media outlets and the likes of Virgie and/or Mr. OQuinn. And perhaps to go after some of the tabloids - and, yes, though TMZ is not exactly a tabloid website - I think Harvey is a bit concerned.
I don't think any of the media outlets, especially Fox News - Greta or MSNBC - Nancy Grace, or John OQuinn will be intimidated to settle before getting Stern on the stand or in deposition first. Virgie - pray God she doesn't get attacked this way - or if she does - that she has enough resources to get Stern under oath in the US and fight - in ANOTHER realm for herself, this time. ONe way to fight would be to countersue STern and team for their verbal assaults against her.
