I saw a lead in to this story on John Gibson's show but I was unable to watch it? What is the story?

Yes. It's awful to have her name dragged into this DC Madame business.
Chandra was a naive young woman. She told her aunt that Condit was going to marry her. Just an impressionable young woman set upon by an older (married) man.
It's an age-old story, and it never ends well.

Exactly. The Chandra Levy story was getting a ton of coverage and then 9/11 hit and her story disappeared from coverage.
