So a 92 percent American Conservative Union rating translates to a description of a RINO??!! I don't think so.
A 92% rating put him in 120th place among Republicans in Congress. 119 other Republicans rated above him. His failing is in being another big spender. The other three scores say all that needs to be said about his spending record. He even opposed all 19 of Jeff Flake's attempts to cut pork barrel projects. In my book that makes him a RINO--he's not committed to the traditional smaller government mantra of the Republican Party.
