Of course, one does have to take a tour of the lower levels here.
Not to be missed.

If they are on the second floor, you had probably better call pest control. They will get rid of the nest and also spray the eaves with a repellant.

That's where you come in. You can get the zombies to do anything, and all you have to do is have a few dust bunnies in tow.

Now there's a thought.
Darn, I can't type. Tori's trying to eat my fingers.
Back later...

I'm going to ease my achin' back today and do as little as I can get away with.
Me too... now.
This is why I put a spa in my patio.

Does anyone know if he has just had his posting privileges taken? Or has he actually been banned?
Suspended, I'd say. Once banned, the homepage goes away.
I agree with sion. When Irish' time out is up, he'll be back. Maybe a good word to the Zot Gods will grease the skids????

I'm afraid they would frown on that here. However, the sun goes a long way toward easing the aches.

Back!
Tori has decided to take a nap and leave my fingers alone. She misses her daddy, so she's decided to amuse herself by trying to remove my fingers while I type.
We have more baby fish! I went to feed the guys in the big tank this morning and saw a baby fish being pursued by four adults, so I grabbed the net, scooped him out, and put him in our "maternity" tank with the other babies. Once he was safe I saw several more, so I spent about half an hour this morning transferring baby fish from one tank to the other.
I couldn't get them all, so I hope the ones still in the big tank have sense enough to stay under the rocks and in the weeds. The babies in the maternity tank have taken refuge in a couple of crevices under the rocks, hopefully they'll be okay. The adults in that tank (mostly pregnant females) don't seem to bother the babies.

Yepper! It's been between 8% and 10% for the last week, with highs in the upper 80's...I'm like a lizard on a rock when it's like that! Although my personal preference is for about 110 degrees...

We've seen four of our outdoor fish in recent days, all looking fat and sassy. I'm trying to remember whether we had six or seven out in the pond... I guess I'll just have to see when they come out of hiding. It's still too early.
We did have a baby in the pond, Ron spotted him last October, but we haven't seen him yet. Hopefully he made it!

My mom has really bad arthritis. She just retired and lives in California City, just north of Edwards AFB. Problem was this last summer was unusually humid, so the swamp coolers didn't work so well. She does like the desert though.

I stay away from swamp coolers. They are, without a doubt, the worst thing you can do for arthritis. If a place doesn't have air conditioning, I can't be iin it longer than five minutes without paying for it.
I hope your mother adjusts well. The desert is a place of beauty.
