**WARNING: GRAPHICS INTENSIVE THREAD**
You love them, you hate them, you love to hate them. Hollyweirdos, those wacky leftists who gather together for the annual group hug known as the Oscars. And how fun it is to heckle and razz them as they parade down the red carpet posing for the cameras, granting vapid interviews to equally vapid interviewers, too serious about making their political statements and social commentaries to realize the joke's on them. No one watches their movies. Just look at box office receipts. The money makers are the family films - the ones take it easy on social commentary and political statements. No one gives a flip about their art. They are such sad cliches - dozens of little emperors who have yet to realize they're wearing no clothes. And that's why they're SO FUN!
Speaking of clothes...

He was referring to his upcoming role in "Hairspray".
Especially followed by Melissa Ethridge and her "wife".
I'll just take his word for it...I don't want details.
It's not easy being green.....sigh
ROFLMAO!!!
You can do it, Broward County! LOL
GACK!! She is definitely manish!
That's because Travolta (and apparently Queen Latifa) were both in the upcoming film remake of "Hairspray" with Travolta playing Edna (?) Turnblad, the role originated by Divine.
I never watch any of the programs on regular cable channels. I watch mostly historical programs or movies, and I record those so I can fast forward through the commercials.
I meant mandatory for the hollywood lib crowd.
But I didn't think there was a lot of heartfelt emotion in his reception.
Maybe I was looking down at the computer and missed it.
She thanked her "wife" and Al Gore in just about the same breath! I lightening bolt should have hit the stage.
Reviewing these clips, I was reminded that was the year of the three black "divas." I can't remember who the second one was, but despite the pleasant comments from the judges in some of these clips, they were not pulling for anyone but Fantasia that year.

All Melissa Etheridge songs all sound alike to me... and she wins an Oscar? And thanks her wife? The fix is in... what a crock the Oscars are lately.
Yup....Just before she said that Al Gore was God and that we all need to be green.
...And she's breastfeeding. She had to talk about her big boobs with Joan Rivers tonight.
OMgosh! ROFLMAO!! That's funny!
Imagine how hard it is being gay and green!!
