I use the frozen dinner roll dough balls to make little loaves of bread for my little 3yr old step-grandson. Two thawed and kneaded together then allowed to rise again in those silicone baking cells, then baked to a golden brown. I make up a few when I'm going down to visit him. My ex slices them like regular loaves and uses them to make little sandwiches for him.
That is very cool. I bet he loves them! I'll have to remember & use that. I always used to cut my kids sandwiches into the shape of a house, with a door & used part that I cut off for a chimney.
