The cheapest, doughiest white bread you can find. Last I checked, that would be Wonder.

Wonder ain't cheap. Check out the frozen bread dough that you bake yourself. Let it rise too much & then punch it down. Let it rise again & then bake it before it's risen as much as it should. If you do it just right, it will be doughy enough to sit in your stomach days after you've eaten it.

It does the same thing if you put it in the fridge and leave it there a couple days, then just put it in the oven while it's still cold. YUM!!!

That stuff rocks if you plan it well enough to thaw it that morning. bread, calzones, pizza, whatever!
