Hey sweetie,
I'm watching it too. As someone who has practiced probate, I am appalled at this proceeding. This "judge" is beyond belief! There shouldn't even be a hearing. The issue is very simple. The mother gets the body. She is the next of kin. The baby is a baby; therefore, she is not competent to have any say in this matter.
If the baby wants to move the body when she is of age, fine. But for now, there is no question that the mother is the only party with a claim to the body.
There is no need for the theatrics of this judge. What a yahoo!

Thank you for your response.

I had the procedings on replay and if anyone had it taped, could they check this out and send this to the proper venue.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
While watching toady's trial, Feb. 21, I noticed that Howard left his drinking cup on the podium of where he was sitting. The time was about
4:38 P.M. It was not removed when Larry Birkhead sat down.
About 4:41 P.M. Birkhead looks like the cat who swallowed the mouse, watch his actions and his attorneys, with the cup and the water bottle his attorney brings over to him. There looks like there was a big switch of the cup. Suddenly Howard's cup is gone.
Birkhead looks suspicious again at 5:32 P.M.
I only had it on replay tv, so I didn't save it, but if someone could view it and judge it, I think it is worth looking into.
