With the #1 pick I would like to see two things occur:

1) Draft Russell, thereby ending the Aaron Brooks/Andrew Walter Experiment for the forseeable future

or

2) Trade down. I still would like to see some veterans on the O-line, but I'm not too terribly optimistic

Is Gallery a draft bust or is there hope for him yet?

I am a Saints fan and I watched quite a few games with Jamarcus Russell at LSU.

I think he may be a bit like Brooks, great arm, some inconsistencies in reading the defense. The thing that will make Jamarcus better is the fact that he is a leader, a trait sorely lacking in Brooks.

Ain't happening. Expect to see Byron Leftwich starting at QB for you in 2007. Also expect to see him throw to Calvin Johnson.
