Wouldn't a personal physician be obligated to honor a physicians non-disclosure? Maybe with a warrant?

I'm not certain, but at death, I believe Physician's records can be obtained rather easily, especially since Daniel's death is being scritinized.

I'm still curious as to why NO ONE called a doctor with her high fever?? Her attending Private Nurse is nothing but a Nanny for a big girl. (Remember, Daniel had a fever when he visited his mother in the hospital. I remember her saying that he was "hot" and IIRC his face was reddened by it.
