ET Producers Meet with Howard K. Stern

Just one day after Anna Nicole Smith's death, we sit down with her friend and partner Howard K. Stern.

LINDA BELL BLUE, executive producer of "Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider," visited HOWARD K. STERN at his hotel in Miami Friday morning. Bell Blue says, "Howard is devastated, inconsolable and distraught after the death of ANNA NICOLE. " Bell Blue adds that he was "hysterical and could barely speak. Tragically and forever wounded."

Anna told friends she wanted to be buried next to her son, DANIEL, in the Bahamas.

Sources tell ET Anna Nicole did have a will. It was created before Daniel's death and named him as her sole heir. Howard was named as the executor of her estate.

Howard's life is gonna change big time now.

He KNOWS the baby isn't his, or he would get a DNA test done.

I'll bet anything Anna never had sex even once with the guy..

He could barely speak. Why then meet with Entertainment Tonight? Ohhh barely being the operative word.
