In a series of shocking internet messages to a close friend, a pregnant Anna Nicole begged for drugs and revealed that photographer Larry Birkhead is the father of the baby she was carrying!
The stunning cyber conversation in April 2006 was obtained by Globe through a third party and could prove to be bombshell evidence in the bitter child custody fight over 6-month-old Dannielynn - involving Anna Nicole's companion-attorney Howard K. Stern, her former lover Birkhead and at least two others.

Anna Nicole soon revealed she was considering moving out of the country and even wistfully wished she were Michael Jackson! She also confessed she was exhausted and just wanted to rest.

Egged on by Anna Nicole hinting that she had some shocking news, the pal asks if she is pregnant. Anna then stuns her friend by revealing who the daddy is. "She never mentioned Larry Birkhead by name, but it was clear who she was talking about," says the source who provided the transcript of the internet conversations to Globe. "Larry had helped her out with some publicity work. And there is absolutely no doubt she was referring to him. Sadly, she trashed him but he really didn't deserve it."
M: why... oh S*** so you are pregnant?

The shocking internet conversation amounts to Anna Nicole's confession from beyond the grave about Dannielynn's paternity and that she was already plotting to deny the father custody, says top forensic investigator Dr. Lawrence Kobilinsky.
"This sounds very much like a confession from Anna Nicole about the identity of the father - and she is clearly referring to Larry Birkhead," Kobilinsky tells Globe. "Paternity will eventually be resolved by the DNA testing, but Anna Nicole's words will add true clarity to the whole issue and help show that, as far as she is concerned, Larry is the father.
"This is Anna Nicole's voice we are hearing. I'm not sure about the real meaning of her words when she talks about killing Birkhead. People say unusual things in certain situations. But it sounds pretty strange to make a remark like that."

"The suspicion is that there's cardiac failure," said Dr. Lawrence Kobilinsky, a forensic science professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. "The obvious speculation is there was some sort of overdose of one drug, or the use of more than one drug with synergistic effects."
However, the role of diet pills "is unlikely," Kobilinsky said.
"Even if she had double or triple the dosage, I doubt it would kill her," he said.

Anna Nicole's Baby is Not Bahamian

US commentators are saying that Anna Nicole's five-month-old daughter, having been born in the Bahamas, is a Bahamian, and, therefore, Bahamian law will have to govern her future.
Unless, some other permit has been "fast tracked", this unfortunate infant is not a Bahamian. If she had been born before July 9, 1973 she would have been. However, after Independence, any child born in the Bahamas of foreign parents does not get Bahamian citizenship. But, within a period of 12 months after her eighteenth birthday, she can, upon application, be registered as a citizen of the Bahamas.
As she was born out of wedlock, she would have her mother's nationality, which is American. Her putative father, Howard Stern, is also American, therefore, there is no question about her nationality. And as an American citizen should she decide at the age of 18 to apply for Bahamian citizenship, she will have to renounce her American citizenship before she can be registered.
US commenatators are also mulling over the Smith-Stern marriage.
At the time local press were told that the ceremony was just a "commitment ceremony" - not a marriage recognised by Bahamian law - to distract Anna Nicole from the tragic death of her son.
Again a life lived in turmoil, has ended in more turmoil and it appears that it will take lawyers many years to sort it all out.
