Howard has a ton of money available just in jewelry from old man Marshall. In fact, I'm curious as to whether Marshall ever gave her a 10 carat rock. All the jewelry can be sold under the table to a jeweler.

He could try to run to Israel but i'll bet all the airports have been notified about him already. And i would think that Israel has an extradition agreement with the US. But i'll check into that.
