But the attorney she replaced her Bahamian Attorneys with is a Florida attorney licensed to practice in Bahamas and a record of ambulance chasing. IMO, this was not a smart move on Virgies part. I suspect the Florida atty is looking for $$$$$ down the line... or it has to do with attorneys in the Bahamas not being allowed to take contingency cases.

Desmar Whitfield-Henfield, one of Arthur's Bahamian lawyers, said Arthur wanted to "secure the safe custody and guardianship of Dannielynn. So ultimately she intends to be the sole guardian -- she is not interested in joint custody."
