If I was the judge, I'd do it for the sake of the baby, but this judge on Friday was very reluctant to even look at the case, said he would call the California judge, but didn't even think the Cali judge had jurisdiction over a baby that is a "citizen" of another country-- Opri blew it not telling him she isn't a citizen of the Bahamas under Bahamian laws.
Right, but that issue doesn't even involve DL, does it? The FLA medical examiner has custody of ANS's DNA sample. Who but a FLA judge could order it released? I don't know. It may prove irrelevant in the end anyway. We have plenty of other things to worry about!
