Right, but that issue doesn't even involve DL, does it? The FLA medical examiner has custody of ANS's DNA sample. Who but a FLA judge could order it released? I don't know. It may prove irrelevant in the end anyway. We have plenty of other things to worry about!

Not directly, and there is a court order out of California for the DNA... I felt like saying for Petes' sake, California judge wants the DNA, Perper took the DNA, release the darned DNA! I will be shocked if he does, though after watching him Friday.
