Judge Napolitano just talking about the judge on FOX, said he isn't doing a bad job and he wishes he would have taken on the paternity issues, said basically it is whichever court gets to it first and it would get California off the dime.

I thought there was supposed to be a hearing today in CA, and that Larry Birkhead was going to testify by telephone.

What happened to that, have you heard?

I heard Napolitano too. He says that judges quite frequently take over and ask questions like that when there is no jury. Since he is the trier of fact, he knows what he wants to know and asks it.
