I thought there was supposed to be a hearing today in CA, and that Larry Birkhead was going to testify by telephone.

What happened to that, have you heard?

I heard Napolitano too. He says that judges quite frequently take over and ask questions like that when there is no jury. Since he is the trier of fact, he knows what he wants to know and asks it.

The papers served to toad were from a paternity case that Larry B. has filed in the Bahamas. For DNA from Dannilynn and toad.

I haven't heard anything about the California hearing. I am loving the Opri managed to serve Stern to appear in a paternity hearing in the Bahamas.
