Exactly. This judge needs to take control of the situation. If he wants Stern and Birkhead in court then so be it. Why is he making all of these deals and promises just so everyone will be happy?

Seemes to me the Fla judge was trying to shield HKS from being served by the CA court.

I don't know how he thinks a US citizen cannot be served anywhere in the USA by any other authorized process server.

What if it were a murder warrant? Content is not the issue! Principle is the issue.

Dammit!

IMHO, you're misinterpreting. Judges do the "feel sorry" gig for murderers, too....telling them what their life COULD have been if they hadn't committed murder or whatever.
