Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I heard someone from the hotel say that Stern was "there", presumably meaning, at the hotel with her.

That's the way I understood it during the police press conference. They said Stern was "there" but I took that to mean that he had come with her and was somewhere in the area so to speak, not in the room at the time. They said the bodyguard and a nurse were in the room at the time....no mention of Stern being there.

On February 8, 2007, Smith was found unresponsive in a room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. At 1:38 p.m. (18:38 UTC) a nurse called 911 and at 1:45 p.m. a bodyguard administered CPR before she was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital at 2:10 p.m and pronounced dead at 2:49 p.m. She was later pronounced dead upon arrival. Smith's boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, was with her when she died and has reported to Entertainment Tonight that her temperature was running high the night before.[19][20][21][22]

The nurse may have been a nurse from the hotel.....Police Chief Tiger wasn't sure. So....the "bodyguard" could have been Stern.

Just so sad. Estranged from her family....I wonder if Stern was the only person who had any influence on her? Which makes me wonder...why? Was she that stupid? Or just an emotional mess?

In October 2006, Anna Nicole Smith's mom, Virgie Arthur, told Nancy Grace on CNN Headline News that after the death of Anna's son, Daniel, she was concerned that Howard K. Stern was the one in line to inherit Anna's millions.

"If Howard Stern marries her and she ends up dead, then who does the money go [to]? Danny's not there," Arthur said.

BTW, Marshall's money will be litigated still in California with her and the son dead to see if the baby get the $$$... and Stern or Birkhead or back to Texas to Marshalls family.
