Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Debra Opry (gag) is the attorney for the boyfriend. They've filed an emergency order for custody of the baby.
I wonder who is caring for the baby? And why did ANS leave her to come to Florida to look for a boat.....

Well, on Indian reservations only Federal and Tribal laws apply. (Hence gambling allowed in states where it wouldn't otherwise be permitted.) I don't know the impact on the legal issues surrounding her however.
It is sad. Because I respect this forum, but an open forum obviously can't screen out the people with "ugly" in their souls. I was on here when George Harrison(my fave beatle) died. And all of the ugly souled people were saying he was in hell or well on his way, and here they are again. The destiny of their soul is between them and G_d. I can only wonder what people like this do when they think that no one is watching them, thats where probably some of the darkest sins lurk and run rampant. They lash out others and bask in their tragedy so their own pitiful existence doesnt seem quite as bad in comparison. I pray for her family and for her daughter. Her last days were very sad after losing her son.
Debra Oprey (sp) has already said she is all over this... she is a tough cookie, Larry definitely has a tiger for an attorney.
intubation is the placement of a tube, specifically usually down the throat to help someone breathe. with someone intubated, they can attach a bag to push air (vs. someone breathing into her mouth during CPR), etc.
Plastic breathing tube inserted through mouth into trachea to facilitate breathing. Typically hooked up to a respirator ("breathing machine") or a bag-valve device to deliver O2. The tube is called an endotracheal tube and the act of inserting it is called intubation.

The police spokesman said it was not being treated as a crime YET. May or may not mean anything, but it does sounds like they are investigating.
The bloody pols could push anything through right now. The attention span is jammed.
