Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

If it's the computer he's looking at, sounds like you're right. He's trying to rule it in or out, and I wonder if they've also looked to see if any drugs were ordered online? At first, I was thinking some of the additional evidence Perper mentioned might be something from Daniel's autopsy. Still could be, I suppose.

It is too bizarre not to be real and there would be bank records to show the wire transfers to his account. The only thing that makes me even a little suspicious is if he was getting $10,000 a month, they were not living particularly high on the hog; what did he do with the $$$$.

That's possible. I keep going back to Perper saying we would be "surprised" at his findings. He did say that at one point, right? I don't think an OD would surprise anyone, would it? Maybe he thinks it would. Has he ever retracted that earlier impression that we would be surprised at her cause of death?

She's got interesting timing too, that Dr. She was there all week and left the day before the death. Hm. Her timing is as good as Howard's for getting out of Dodge.

I thought about that a fair bit. Perhaps she was weaning off it and/or substituting other prescrip. drugs to help withdraw. Even though Daniel's autopsy report wasn't in, I still think she and Howard had a pretty good idea of what might have caused Daniel's death.

His results should be pure science. I can't see where anything on the computer can change that science.

The only thing that I can see is if there was a search under, say: Drugs, lethal combination and they match his findings. Similar to Scott surfing for for tide data.

That would change it to a homicide investigation and search warrants would be all over the place. I have no doubt that investigators are trying to build a case. Wait and see.

In the meantime: "Hey Howard....yeh, keep looking over your shoulder....It isn't your imagination. Someone is really there.

I think that Howard thought that everyone would absorb themselves into Anna, and he would be just a dude in the background. Well, that didn't work!! Go to Plan B.

Disappear: Go to the house and stay there. You are in control there.....until they kick your sorry a** out on the street.

P.S.- like many addicts, she may have wanted a supply on hand, just in case. Take me and my cigarettes. I need to quit, but feel very insecure if I don't have them or some good substitues (like nicotine patches) on hand.
