Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I pretty sure the clown video was taken in the rental that Thompson set her up in first in the Bahamas. I do not think it was at the Horizon home. You would have to check the Bahama News articles to find out when she actually moved into the Horizon home.

I can seen no reason why HKS has a right to stay in that house. He does not own the house. It is my understanding that he has no lease with the owner. He is not even related to ANS and has to be a person of interest in her death. With ANS dead, the owner, or a representative of the owner, has the right to remove whatever was hers.

But I think you are 100% right about Dr. Perper. Saw him earlier tonight - he was doing his very best to say this new development was not that big a deal....and certainly not a criminal investigation into foul play by someone.....Perper is on the Stern team and has been from the start. I don't want to impune his character so it may be just as you said - he just was convinced the death was due to so and so cause (anything so long as it didn't implicate Howard Stern or others)......or, on the darker side, as we well know - ME's can be BOUGHT OFF. The Stern MO is to do just that if he has to. Am not saying Perper is on the take. Just saying it is a possibility. And, like you, I trust him ZERO.
Just getting caught up on this thread and maybe this has been mentioned..but did anyone see the video of ANS opening the Christmas gifts for Dannilynn? She was as souped up in that video as she was in the clown video. HKS made both of them...
As he has from the start. He is on Stern's payroll. But not to worry, Cyril baby. Perper is not going to say the death is due to any criminal wrongdoing......unless the police just point blank tell him it is.
