Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Such a tragic life. RIP ANNA. You did right by that old man and all you got was grief from his family. At least now you can be with him and your son in peace from this ungodly world.
It's a shame. Something stinks about this though. Daniel's dead, Anna Nicole's dead and now Howard K Stern is left with custody of her baby. What's the status of the probate case from her late husband?
He died in June of last year of an infection.

Don't forget there was a lot of "talk" that he dumped the drugs in the toilet in the hospital room after her son died, before the investigators got there -- and that he provided the drugs to her son.

I think she was awarded $47 million but its held up on appeal. Meanwhile the son of the old dude died but his family continued to try to keep Anna from getting anything.
Greta van Susteren has just gone to DEFCON 5. Geraldo Rivera has just left burnout marks out of the parking lot speeding towards Florida. Larry King is lining up his guests for their recollections and fond memories of Anna, and the CNN ABCFOXMSNBC graphic arts staff is already putting the final renderings on the new whiz-bang 3D intro loop.
Kim Jong Il could fire a nuclear missile off of a container ship at Seattle, and he'd get split-screen coverage of his handiwork at best. Another USMC chopper going down in Baghdad wouldn't even get a blurb on the scrolling ticker tape at the bottom of the screen.
