SO What?

Over at Democratic Underground the FEEL about things. Here, we are supposed to THINK about things. People need to put their emotions aside and looks at the facts of this case.

They were found guilty by a jury in WEST TEXAS (not Los Angeles).

The prosecutor has been an aggressive and harsh prosecutor of illegal aliens and a supporter of the border patrol.

They had an almost three week trial. They were represented by aggressive and capable attorneys who got to present all the evidence to the jury.

Other Border Patrol agents testified against them.

We are not qualified nor informed enough to make judgments of guilt or innocence and certainly not qualified to tell the President of the United States which convicted felons he should pardon.

But remember this, had these two men done their job properly, this drug dealer would be in prison now.

Please, THINK ABOUT IT.

You've been reading only what the prosecution wanted you to see, msnimje. And now you know for a fact that much of what you think you know about this case being about "rogue cops" is FALSE.

There's far more information - FACTS - that you need to bring yourself up to speed on:

There are too many questions not to see the Transcripts of the court proceedings.

There are too many things that DHS has lied about.

I'd rather see a decision made as to whether or not to pardon them or give them a new trial once all of this information has been released to the Congressional Committee looking into it.

If after that, they are denied a parole, I personally will let it drop.

There's something about this entire affair tho that stinks too bad just to let it go.

Please, THINK ABOUT IT.

Indeed, based on FACTS it is apparent that the laws of the United States are being selectively applied.

When foreign invaders unlawfully gain entrance to our country, this administration's justice department more often than not simply looks the other way.

Yet, when a PROTECTOR of our border fails to follow procedure, he gets the book thrown at him.

The facts are clear there is a double standard in place that favors foreign invaders over US citizens.

If you go thru life ignoring your feelings, you will be like Rush, with 1/2 your brain tied behind your back. I am a retired pilot, a highly technical field, but I often found that feelings were as helpful as thinking. Sometimes more so. A student of intuition knows that while the intuitive can be wrong more often, it is also capable of arriving at conclusions in complex situations where rational thinking fails.

I have found my best decisions in life are made when my feelings and my thinking reach the same conclusion. And I can tell you that in this case my feelings alerted me to something not being right. My subsequent research proved to my thinking brain that there were many prosecutorial excesses in this trial. That Homeland Security felt compelled to lie to lend credibility to this case should be a marker to you that something is amiss.
