Watched the entire thing...all of this never occurred to me.
very few complaints, because very few watched. Most people I spoke with made other plans for half time when they heard it would be prince.
I can see where the guitar might be interpreted as a phallic symbol, but this is not limited ot Prince.
Now my opinion of Prince is not worth printing, but I did admit (grudgingly) that his performance wasn't bad.
They left out the satanic tail imagery too.
