What is the difference between limiting the number of rooms you can read a bed time story on and limiting the number of devices a piece of lullaby music can play one?

What is the difference between limiting the number of rooms you can read a bed time story on and limiting the number of devices a piece of lullaby music can play one? Obviously you won't be reading but in one room at a time unless you have multiple copies of the book.
