Per some previous articles, that border erasure is supposed to take place by the year 2012. That's just 5 years away.

That is one way for Bush to effectively make all the illegals here now legal. Just let them wait until the announcement that the borders no longer exist and those former illegals are now legal, because were are all one big happy family of the Union of North America.
