Well, you have to wonder what they're doing when they should be sleeping...

Fifty-six percent of French complain that a poor night's sleep has affected their job performance, according to the ministry.
True dat. You know how some nights, you wake up at 12:23, 1:23, 2:25, 3:23, 4:40 . . . I get one of those every so often, and the next day, I am useless at work.

Some government workers have been snoozin' on the job for a very long time. It must be in the job description.

French history gradually goes downhill following the Napoleonic Age. It may be so many years of war drained the national gene pool. And as the saying goes: What can you expect from a race that fight with their feet and f*** with their faces?

My daddy was a pharmacist for 40+ years. He had a couch in his office at work, and he would take a 15 to 20 minute nap every afternoon. Of course, he worked from 6:00AM until midnight. He LOVED working.

"France's state-run health insurance provider will send letters explaining the importance of good sleep"Another good tip from your government controlled health care system~!!
And it ONLY cost $9 million~!
I can't wait til we have Hilliary! Health Care
Donna Shalala was on Colbert last night and said Hilliary's best qualification was that she had made mistakes in the past (on health care) and so has "learned from them". On that basis we should hire real screwups because they made so many mistakes they must surely have learned a lot.
A real rock solid endorsement
