Well, we are getting more snow today. If I could trust me, I WOULD send it your way.
It is interesting how they relate & "pack" as you say..
The last pix is Josy with one of her sticks, WE do stick with the dogs most of time.. they like it on land, into streams, in lakes.
Josy -shown in last pix with stick- as a german shepherd does NOT have sheep etc to herd so she herds either sticks or rocks (and large ones), She will steal the others sticks & keeps them in pile & protects it with a passion
oh, I didn't realize Rodney King was the originator of that.. somehow I thought it would be Jane Fonda etc!
My Cali (kitty) has always been like that.. well, until about 2 weeks ago. She has lost use of her hips & so cannot walk. I still bring her up on my lap when I am at computer at times & she will wrap both front paws around my neck & hold on while I key it. As she is also licking my face, it is hard to see most of time). She is a good cat & about 18 years old.
Thanks :) Can you add me to the ping list?
lol my cat likes to walk around the computer and sometimes over my keyboard.
Be glad to add you Osmium
More quotes I like.

"If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking." (General Patton)
Thanks :)
I'd take it.
Oh, well. At least it's cool here now.
Dubya is so loving... I get him on my lap sometimes, but he's the size of a small border collie so that doesn't last long!
I love quotes...mostly because they come from people far wiser than I'll ever be.

"No one ever went broke underestimating the tastes of the American people." -- HL Mencken

Hi All!
Sorry I missed y'all yesterday. Hubby returned home yesterday from his two-week annual army training. He had to take required schooling for a promotion he got while in Iraq (E7), and got to play war games too. Wakeup time for him was 3am while at school. (***ghasp***)
Anywhoo...favorite quotes....
Life is too important to be taken seriously. - Oscar Wilde
"All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." - Walt Disney

"These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman." -- Thomas Paine
Hey there, soldier!
I like your profile! I'm a registered independent (conservative) too for reasons I do not get into on Freep for fear of getting kicked and bloodied.
Hubbys an MP (MOS 31B) with a top-notch MP unit here in No. Cal. Hes going on his 22nd year now and has one more year to go before he can get his 20-yr letter and retire. (Had to make up a couple bad years.)
Thank you for your service!
a thread to no doubt continue to spark sharp discussion
Off for afternoon/early evening.
Lol I think my mom used to say something like that too. Especially to me since I have four brothers and they were always picking on me...
Just for the fall. I'm probably going back after I graduate in May, though.
