THE "ILLEGAL sURRENDER", THAT'S WHAT THE BOTTOM LINE IS!

THE “ILLEGAL SURRENDER” THAT’S WHAT THE BOTTOM LINE IS!

Our politicians are contemplating the “illegal surrender” of the sovereignty of the United States of America to Mexico!

They know by legalizing the illegal aliens, the Mexican population will exceed the American people’s population in a matter of years! They have been told on the Senate floor by the Heritage Foundation and Senator Jeff Sessions.

Therefore by the politicians giving the illegal aliens citizenship and legal rights. The politicians are knowingly and willfully putting the Mexican people in the majority of the population of the U.S. and with their Votes, the Mexicans will come to be the Political Power of The United States!

If enacted the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act (CIRA, S. 2611) would be the most dramatic change in immigration law in 80 years, allowing an estimated 103 million persons to legally immigrate to the U.S. over the next 20 years – fully one-third of the current population of the United States. http://www.heritage.org/Research/Immigration/wm1076.cfm

U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) today unveiled an impact analysis that shows the Senate immigration bill – should it become law – would permit up to 217.1 million new legal immigrants into the United States over the next 20 years, a number equal to 66 percent of the total current population. http://sessions.senate.gov/pressapp/record.cfm?id=255553&&

The politicians know the illegal aliens on a whole are costing the American taxpayers $BILLIONS$ of dollars right now! That’s breaking the backs of the middle class! By allowing the “North American Union” (NAU) to go through it will be the “illegal surrender” of the our Nations sovereignty to Mexico!

Is this Constitutional? Does this constitute Treason? Can we sue? Can we run with this idea?

I have heard in more that one, inaugural speech and political speech ,the Politicians saying, it’s their job as a politician to think 30 years in advance for the good of the Nation.

Our politicians can’t think past their noses! Or shall I say, They can’t think past the linings of their pockets!!!!!

What?

Our much vaunted countrymen just elected a Congress to push thru amnesty.

Did they not?

Did not the much vaunted citizens of the border States just elect Governments that support amnesty?

Pols are simply a reflection of your fellow Americans.

You have a Democrat Congress and a President under pressure. Good luck in making any headway on this issue.

"Do you want to go thru them one by one?"

No, I asked for a COMPLETE SYNOPSIS. Start a thread. Allow the rest of us to respond to YOUR opinion.

LOL, assuming you forgot your sarcasm tag?

Or are the pols not voted into office by our fellow Americans? Therefore those pols reflect their constituents?

They might (and I said might) be voted in by their constitutes but, IMO, are not a reflection of the people's wishes. If that were the case, We wouldn't be having this conversation on illegal immigration.

OK, the complete synopsis.

As I have pointed out before, people like to exxagerate. It may-might-could. They think it makes their argument more plausible. The problem with this is often the exxageration goes beyond common sense. For example, some exxagerate the number of illegals in the country and sometimes they use a number that is higher than the total hispanic population.

Same case in this post. Simply looking at the population of Latin America and the birth/fertility rates you see that the numbers are not plausible.

So let me set you straight.

Immigration rates will remain relatively high. In order to maintain the economic output, the population growth rate will need to be around 1%, or slightly less. Since the domestic birthrate does not achieve this, the difference will be immigration.

And as the demographic projections show, hispanics will eventually be the majority.

As for your phrasing, "how is this good for America", I will respond by asking you "how is the alternative good for America".

So you're fine with the Latino takeover as long as there's a slave-like subculture to *do the jobs Americans won't do*? Well, I don't mind people being in this country to work with proper ID, a sponsor, health checks and a clean criminal record and a willingness to go home after their work is finished.

But, to come here with the intention of forcing their way into our society, bypassing our legal restrictions, being a burden on our social services and generally abusing our hospitality, simply won't do.

The sad byproducts of this unwillingness to guard our borders will eventually result in another tragedy for America. Is it really worth it for cheap labor?

The policies that you advocate will create a permanent underclass, or as you put it, slave like subculture.

You say you do not not mind conditional workers, with ID, sponsor, health checks, etc, aka guest workers. But the fact is that there were 3 such plans put forward and none of them were able to get past the BorderBots. Plus the BorderBots have blocked the H1B temp visa increase.

This old crap about illegal versus legal has worn out. Obviously, the short run hispanic population growth in the US would be affected by whether or not the illegals are given legal status. But in the long run, it will have little effect on the total numbers. For example, more hispanics are entering Texas via the birth canal than by crossing the river.

Let me give you a another good example of the lie. The poster at the top of the thread quotes Sen Session's exxagerations about what would happen if CIRA were enacted. But Sen Sessions is not saying what will happen is CIRA is defeated. He is trying to appeal to your emotion, rather than you intellect.

Those policies are now in effect and they're not being implemented. People hiring illegal aliens are bypassing the laws to escape giving these workers rights and the paying of payroll and income taxes. At the same time, legal citizen's paychecks and benefits are on the decline. It doesn't take much *intellect* to see what's happening here. The Globalist need a level playing field and they're doing it at the expense of the American working taxpayer.

If you really think there's no difference between illegal and legal then, why do We even have laws and what difference would a NEW comprehensive plan make?

You can rant all you want to and you can ignore the facts. That doesn't make it so.

You would be wise to recognize that there are two sets of facts, the facts that you use and the facts used by those that create legislation and policy. You would also be wise to recognize that political rhetoric is not fact and is only being used to fool you.

You are like many. Given the facts as you know them, you can not understand why Congress does what it does. Because of this, you can only conclude that it is a sinister plot to destroy the nation. Immigration reform is a plot. Totalization is a plot. SPP is a plot. The highway is a plot.

You would be wise to seek out the real facts.

Perception is the key here. Your set of facts are based on your complete trust in the Gov. I, OTOH, do not. You are like a few. You totally ignore conflicting views in order to santisfy your ego. I have lived long enough to know that is a dangerous way to think.

Besides, if I were to give in to your limited debate, what the hell would be the purpose of the forum?

Wrong. I don't set the facts. I don't depend on FR for the facts.

The extremists have thought, and will continue to think, that issues and the facts surrounding the issues are between the far right and the middle. That was never the case and it will never be the case.

The issue and the facts surrounding the issues are between the GOP and dems. And the GOP lost. That is the proof that the extremists refuse to believe.

One good example besides immigration. The extremists have been saying that that Bush's/GOP's free trade agreements were bad for the country. Now that the dems hold congress, Bush will have to renogotiate Peru, Columbia, and Panama. To the benefit of the unions.

Do you think the RNC memos are right? Will the GOP be out of power for a generation or possibly for ever.
