Al Pacino is to play Salvador Dali

Al Pacino is to play Salvador Dali in a new film which will begin shooting this summer. Variety reports that 'Dali & I' will be directed by Andrew Niccol, who previously worked with Pacino on the film 'S1m0ne'.
The film is based on the Stan Lauryssen book 'Dali and I' and explored the latter years of the artist's life.
Shooting begins in New York and Spain in June.

Computer animation has forever ruined the concept behind that photo. Have you ever seen the "missed" takes (or is that mistakes)? They've been printed as well.
