Late Doors frontman Jim Morrison is to make an unlikely comeback - an unreleased song featuring the rocker has been found.
"Woman in the Window" will be featured on a forthcoming album by rockers Satellite Party. The new song will feature both Morrison and vocals from Satellite Party.
An industry insider says, "To hear Morrison performing on a new track is obviously going to be a dream come true for fans. It's being tipped as a massive hit."
The icon died of heart failure in 1971, at age 27.

I think they left out the "massive, drug induced" part. Details, details..
Ha ha ha. That's exactly what I thought.

I think they left out the "massive, drug induced" part. Details, details..Not to mention the fact that he practically pickled himself with alcohol. "Hey, Jim. Is that you behind those Foster Brooks?"

Touch Me struck me as a song trying to crossover into AM middle of the road music. Not quite the same Tijuana Brass sound that Lee Hazlewood used on These Boots Are Made For Walking (for Nancy Sinatra) but still something geared for middle America.

I've heard a recording of Jim Morrison in a studio in France with some street teens (who seem drunk) playing. I think it is supposed to be from 2 weeks before his death.
Some American Prayer type poetry and vocal fragments (sometimes with limited instrumentation behind them). The sort of recordings that are easy to add new music to.
I'm just curious if this "lost song" is what this is.

"Woman in the Window" will be featured on a forthcoming album by rockers Satellite Party. I wonder if the song contains a lot of Cow Bell?

That's kind of what I was wondering. Jim also filmed a short movie that went with one of his poems, as well as some videos for certain songs which are available (like "L.A. Woman"), and I'd guess there are some other videos which may be extant.

I see there's a link to part of the infamous '69 Miami Concert. I have the whole thing and it is literally a drunk person's rant set to music. I think of it everytime I talk with a liberal ("you're all a bunch of f-in' idiots! You're all a bunch of slaves! How long are you going to let them push you around? you love it.") Thank God, my inside voices stay inside.

There's a similiar drunk/high version of Alice In Chains deceased lead singer - Layne Staley. During a show in Germany he began talking to the audience between songs ....
"yeah, I hate myself. And every time I look at you people, I'm reminded of myself. You're all weak followers and now I've let myself become the same. Bum a cab ride home then crash in your parents basement. What part of you gets involved in your own lives?"
