incorrect..it's 100 business hours spent on the 6 agenda items they wanted to pass..so, if they're in session on something other than one of those items, the time spent does NOT apply to the "first 100 hours"..according to pelosi's website, 75 hours still remain, even though they've been in session since january 4..in other words, her 100 hours has been twisted to mean what she wants it to mean, regardless the impression it first gave..at this rate, the 100 hours can last all year..
